The Journey of Löyly
Join us for a rare full-day journey through different layers of Finnish sauna culture.
The day begins at the underground smoke sauna of Sipoonjoen Perinnesauna, where we slow down among soft löyly, cold and warm pools, and the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding forest.
From there the journey continues through the lively public sauna culture of Kuusijärvi and Lahden Nosturi, ending in Jyväskylä at Finland’s biggest sauna business event.
Throughout the day you will experience how Finnish sauna culture changes from one place to another, from ancient smoke sauna traditions to modern public sauna life.
