A short sauna ritual that invites you to immerse yourself in the Finnic sauna tradition. The content follows the cycle of the seasons. The ritual is held in the treatment sauna Rauni and is limited to a maximum of six participants at a time. During the ritual, you can lie down and relax on the wide benches of our treatment sauna. You may attend the sauna ritual wearing a swimsuit or nude.
