You can choose one of three options from the sauna healer. Please specify your preference when making the reservation.
A group sauna ceremony led by the sauna healer, including group vihta, herbal steam, sauna incantations, and a relaxing vihta wash.
Mini sauna treatments guided by the sauna healer for the whole group, tailored to the season and your wishes, including all necessary materials and instructions for the treatments — and if you wish, also a guided steam greeting.
Guidance and instruction from the sauna healer on the vihta tradition and self-vihtaing, which includes instructions in the sauna and a few vihtas for your use — and if you wish, also a guided steam greeting.
After the guided sauna session, you will still have time to enjoy the gentle heat, hot tubs, and the campfire area by the hut.
