Welcome to experience the healing power of peat! The session begins at 4:00 PM with independent sauna time, followed by a communal peat ceremony at 4:30 PM. A sauna guide will lead a steam ritual and assist with the use of peat. After the shared ceremony, the sauna area remains available until 7:00 PM!
The three-hour sauna session from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM includes the ceremony, healing peat for the face, access to the sauna area, cold and warm water pools, and the use of the log cabin and shelter.
During this session, we bathe in swimsuits. Please bring your own towel and slippers, or rent them on-site (€5 each). A bathrobe and a sauna cap or hat are also a welcome addition to your sauna gear, especially during the winter months.
