Sauna Ritual & Smoke Sauna Session
Discover the traditions of Baltic-Finnic sauna culture.
Join us for a communal sauna experience inspired by the old sauna traditions of Finland and the surrounding Baltic-Finnic region. Your booking includes access to the sauna area, refreshing cold and warm-water pools, and our peaceful open-fire shelter, which you are welcome to use during your sauna session.
The experience begins with a 20-minute sauna ritual in our Rauni treatment sauna. Afterwards, we move to the traditional smoke sauna to enjoy its soft, lingering heat and steam.
You may take part in the ritual nude if you wish. Swimwear is required in the smoke sauna and hot tubs.

The experience begins in Rauni with a 20-minute sauna ritual
This is followed by 1 hour 40 minutes in the smoke sauna area
What to Bring
Please bring your own towel, slippers and swimwear
Towels, bathrobes and slippers can also be rented or purchased on site (towel and slipper rental €5)
During winter, we recommend bringing a bathrobe and warm hat to stay comfortable between sauna rounds
The sauna area also includes a log cabin with a shower and a traditional outdoor toilet nearby. Our open-fire shelter is also available for guests to use during their sauna session.
