During the Traditional Sauna Evening, you will have the opportunity to experience a sauna ceremony guided by a Sauna Healer, utilizing seasonal gifts, plants, vihtas, sauna incantations, and other relevant traditional knowledge and culture.
The Traditional Sauna Evenings are held on the last Friday of every month.
This event includes access to the sauna area, cold and hot water pools, and free use of the log cabin and lean-to in the area. You can relax and enjoy the sauna and hot water pool after the sauna ceremony. The cabin located in the sauna area has a shower, and there is an outdoor toilet nearby.
Please bring your own towel and slippers. You can rent a towel on-site for €5. If you have a sauna coat, feel free to bring it with you to the sauna session. A sauna hat or beanie may also be necessary during the winter months.
